The first thing you should do is create a seller account, by clicking the button ‘become a seller’ on the home page, and then setting up your store.
Once you have set up your store, go to ‘My Account’ and click ‘Seller Dashboard’. Then go to the ‘Products’ tab and click ‘Add New’ to add a new product.
When you upload a resource and set your price, your earnings per sale will be shown immediately—no guessing involved. You’ll earn a fixed 75% commission on every sale, so you always know exactly what you’ll take home.
Fair Seller Earnings: Unlike other platforms that take large cuts, Study Climb gives you a generous and transparent 75% of each sale.

Study Climb is a platform where students share their own resources, so the original uploader is the best person to speak to if you have a question about the content.
Here’s how to reach them:
- Go to ‘My Account’ page.
- Click the ‘Orders’ tab.
- Click the ‘Support’ button and let the seller know the issue you have with your resource. Try and reach an amicable solution with the seller.
- Go to ‘My Account’ page.
If you’ve reached out and can’t resolve the issue, don’t worry — we’re here to support you. Email us at contact@studyclimb.co.uk and we’ll step in.
First, refer back to your order confirmation email — it contains a direct download link for your document. You can download your resource from there at any time.
Once your payment is complete, the document should be available for immediate download. If you have navigated away from the payment confirmation/download page, your document should appear in your Downloads tab within 10 minutes.
If it’s not there:
• First, check that the payment went through successfully.
• If you’re still not seeing the file, don’t worry — we’re here to help.

- Go to the login page and click “Forgotten your password?”
- Enter the email address or username linked to your account.
- Check your inbox for a reset email and follow the instructions.

If you’re having trouble logging in, and your email or password seems to be incorrect, here are a few things to check:
- Wrong Email or Password
Make sure you’re using the email you registered with. If you signed up using a typo or old email address, try logging in with that version. Once you’re in, you can update your email under ‘My Account’. - Reset Password Isn’t Working
If you’ve tried resetting your password but still can’t access your account, it’s possible your account has been deactivated or removed. Our support team can check this for you. - Account Blocked
In rare cases, accounts are disabled if they breach our terms—for example, through suspicious activity. If that’s the case, access won’t be possible.

Upload High-Quality Notes
• Make sure your resources are clear, complete, and well-organised. Accuracy and structure matter.
Use Clear, Searchable Titles
• Avoid vague titles. Use specific keywords like exam board, subject, and topic.
Include a Strong Preview
• Show 1–2 pages so buyers can see the quality before purchasing.
Write a Helpful Description
• Explain what’s included, who it’s for, and how it will help. Mention page count, exam board, and level.
Price Fairly
• With sellers keeping 75% of each sale, competitive pricing can help you stand out while still earning well.
Upload Consistently
• More quality resources increase your visibility and shop traffic.
Promote Your Shop
• Share your shop link on social media, group chats, and forums to reach more buyers.
(Draft to add paypal detail) Before requesting a withdrawal, please ensure you have added your bank details by going to Seller Dashboard > Settings > Payment. This is required in order to receive payouts.
To request a withdrawal:
- Navigate to your Seller Dashboard
- Click on Payments
- Select Withdrawal
- Choose the amount you wish to withdraw from your available balance
If your request isn’t being processed, please refer to the FAQ titled “Why Can’t I Withdraw My Balance?” for information on possible restrictions.
(Draft to add paypal detail) If the “Withdraw” button isn’t showing, even though your balance meets the minimum, it could be due to one of the following:
Weekly Limit
You can only make one withdrawal request per week. If you’ve already requested one, you’ll need to wait until the next 7-day window.
Minimum Balance Not Met
Withdrawals require a minimum balance of £10. If your available balance is below this, you won’t yet be able to withdraw.

Copyright
When you upload your own study materials to Study Climb, copyright laws apply. This means:
• You keep full ownership of anything you create from scratch.
• You must only upload content that you’ve written yourself and hold the rights to.
• Uploading your work to Study Climb doesn’t transfer copyright—you’re simply choosing to license it for personal use by others.
You’re free to edit, remove, or re-share your documents at any time.
Note: Study Climb isn’t responsible for verifying the originality of every upload. Buyers can use purchased resources for personal academic use only.
Plagiarism
Plagiarised content is not allowed. This includes copying from textbooks, classmates, or online sources without giving credit.
To avoid plagiarism:
• If you refer to published material, cite your sources clearly.
• You can include quotes or summaries, but they must be brief, properly referenced, and integrated into your own explanation.
• If your work is inspired by another resource, make sure it’s rewritten in your own words with appropriate acknowledgement.
When you upload your notes or study materials to Study Climb, you don’t give up any rights. You still fully own the content you created.
Here’s what you need to know:
• Only upload resources that you’ve written yourself and have the legal right to share.
• Publishing your work on Study Climb doesn’t affect your copyright—you stay the copyright holder at all times.
• You’re free to update, delete, or reuse your material elsewhere whenever you like.

We take academic integrity seriously at Study Climb. If you come across a document that you believe was uploaded without the original creator’s permission, please let us know so we can investigate.
What counts as fraudulent content?
• The document was copied from someone else’s work
• It includes content the uploader does not have the right to distribute
• It breaches copyright or Study Climb’s seller policies
How to report it:
Send an email to contact@studyclimb.co.uk with the following details:
• A link to the document in question
• The username of the seller (if known)
• A short explanation of your concern
We’ll review it promptly and take appropriate action.
